In the past, our insured sales and adjuster communications teams have had multiple responsibilities in both the contents evaluation process and replacement service requests. We now have established a higher degree of specialization within our claims handling team and have re-assigned responsibilities.
What this means to you is getting significantly quicker answers to your questions. This means more satisfied adjuster and insured customers. These Call Center Professionals will handle our incoming adjuster and insured phone calls and any outbound sales calls requested by the adjuster. They will also be available for contact during the entire process, responding to any questions the adjuster may have. The Evaluations Quality Assurance Team will complete the LKQ (Like Kind and Quality) evaluations and audits, and return them to you in a timely manner.
