With that mission in mind, we have revamped our Communication Center. In the past, our insured services and adjuster communications teams have had responsibilities in both the contents evaluation process and product replacement requests. We now have established a higher degree of specialization within our claims handling team and have re-aligned responsibilities.

The Contents Consultants at the Contents Communication CenterTM are responsible for immediate responses to all adjuster and insured inquiries thus guaranteeing availability and excellent customer service.

For added convenience, our Contents Consultants can also be reached using the LiveChatNow feature. Contents Consultants are available via LiveChatNow from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. When Contents Consultants are unavailable, you can leave contact information and a message so they can handle your questions as soon as possible.

Some customer service centers are more focused on accessibility rather than effectiveness and efficiency. In the insurance industry we cannot afford to sacrifice accuracy, efficacy, efficiency or quality, which is why we decided to enact this new system.
