Don has been in the consumer electronics business since 1973 and has worked with insurance related clients for over 30 years. He joined Insurers World in 1984 and has been responsible for strategic initiatives and product development since that time. Don is noted for both his knowledge and enthusiasm about contents estimating, replacement fulfillment and customer services and he enjoys his work with our carrier partners at both the home office level and in the field.

Martin began working at Insurers World in November, 1987 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). He is responsible for all accounting functions, including: Financial Statement Reporting, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, 401k Retirement, and Human Resources. He is also responsible for operations such as warehousing and security.

Before working for IW, Mike managed a specialty audio/video store for 5 years. Mike joined Insurers World in 1991 working in replacement sales. He began to develop a large loss program in 2002, and in 2004 he was named Large Loss Coordinator. Mike directs all Quality Assurance and Contents consultants that work directly with insureds and adjusters.

Before coming to Insurers World, Scott was an electronics buyer for a regional chain store based in RI. He also owned Ad Design, a marketing company, before joining Insurers World in 1997 as an audio/video buyer. He was named Product Data Manager in 2003, and Director of Contents and Marketing in 2007.
Paul Rioles

Paul started his career in the contents valuation industry in southern California in 1983 where he ultimately achieved the position of Vice President of Operations. He joined Insurers World in 1991, working in corporate marketing before becoming the Vice President of Sales. Taking a collaborative approach through industry solution sales Paul’s primary role is new business and services development. Seeing contents management as the final frontier for property insurance, Paul is perpetually optimistic at the possibilities for new and innovative solutions as this market matures. Leveraging today’s technology and drawing on Insurers World’s experience, Paul remains passionate about forging lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with carriers in this space.

Bill began his claims career in 1977 as a multi-line field adjuster with National Grange Mutual Insurance Company. After spending over 25 years with Prudential Insurance in various field management positions, Bill joined us in 2005 to develop major loss contents scoping services. Bill’s experience allowed him to develop a physical and forensic verification process that provides an accurate accounting of the contents loss on site thus assuring the critical first step is taken in preparing for proper indemnification.
