Our core competence is servicing the insurance community with like, kind and quality contents estimating, replacement services, clerical support, scope tools, scope services and contents estimating software for the broadest spectrum of contents categories – CORE (we invented the term), market value and jewelry included. Insurers World has a proven flexibility in terms of replacement cost pricing, even allowing carrier access to net wholesale cost for CORE, as in the IW Contents Exchange pricing model.

Experienced and Engaged:

Our competitive advantage is derived from our highly engaged carrier clientele. Through 3 decades of interaction, brainstorming and probing of contents processes; together we have been able to craft a “best of breed” scenario, a good faith contents process that is accurate, defensible, efficient and highly scalable. The large scale of IW operations allows for highly specialized contents work teams unlikely to be replicated by any competitor. We have been able to and seek to further aggregate the claims of many carriers to leverage coverage C spend to best advantage. IW’s current reference list encompasses carriers that enjoy a 68% share of the national personal lines homeowners market.

Innovative and Responsive:

Carriers spoke and we listened. We have changed the market with innovative approaches to solving carrier contents needs. We have created many new products, differentiated our processes and can blend our service programs to address any combination of carrier need. What was once a replacement business has since extended to include complete contents evaluation services. Where there was need for contents data and evaluation software, we developed the market leading VIA package. We expanded our capabilities along the claims value chain to include all contents support, evaluation and replacement areas other than adjusting.

Dependable:

We will be here when you need us. Business Continuity planning has been a high priority issue at IW for the past few years. Our plan has evolved to a collocation strategy which provides for redundant computer operating environment, internet access and telecommunications. Our collocation system is hosted by AT&T. In the event of business interruption by fire, power outage or other disaster or in the event that building access is limited by weather, road hazard or pandemic events we have the capacity for 80%+ of the IW work force to fully access systems (either through the IW facility or collocation) and to be able to work at full productivity from their at home location.

Prudent and Safe:

We protect your confidential information and data. Criminal background, prior employment and identity checks are performed on all employees. Security awareness training includes the concepts of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, corporate security policies, information protection standards, and privacy awareness. Facility access is limited; doors are electronically keyed and electronic key fobs are coded to individuals for monitoring.
