These Contents Consultants will handle all incoming adjuster and insured calls and internet chat now sessions as well as outbound inventory qualification or replacement related calls requested by the adjuster. They will be available for contact during the entire process, responding to any questions the adjuster may have. The Quality Assurance Team will complete the Like, Kind, and Quality evaluations and audits, and return them to you in a timely manner.
