As part of our Contents Evaluation process, the Insurers World specialists use the content portal. This is a proprietary tool developed by Insurers World and the VIA Group. This search mechanism, leveraging a vendorship of national retailers, internet participants, distributors, and of course Insurers World, helps deliver defensible replacement cost pricing.

The Insurers World proprietary database of historical products is the industry’s largest and most comprehensive. This resource, with a researched linkage of old to new is an absolute necessity when establishing a validated Like, Kind, and Quality (LKQ).

The Insurers World evaluation team includes many product specialists. The IW evaluation technicians are able to deliver precise estimates and replacement quotes due to the specialists high degree of product knowledge. The time between contents evaluation and conclusion is greatly decreased because this system allows multiple product specialists to work simultaneously on claims.

The Contents Evaluation Process:

1. The Insurers World Contents Evaluation process begins after Transcription Services codes and categorizes each product.

2. Each claim goes through triage, where individual items are assigned to the appropriate IW product specialists.

3. The claim file as a whole remains the responsibility of a chosen file master, an IW evaluation technician who is selected from the IW carrier work team.

4. Insurers World product specialists conduct LKQ research.

5. Each feature of the product is examined to establish the quality of the item before its loss. Our line by line process ensures an accurate LKQ replacement.

6. Adjustment ready files are sent back to the adjusters, who are able to address exceptions, coverage, and limits.
